Kimberley Miller
I completed medical school at Dalhousie University, Psychiatry residency at McMaster University and a 2-year fellowship in Psycho-Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical College in New York. I have been a clinician teacher at University of Toronto since 2006, and am the Education Coordinator in Psychosocial Oncology at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (University Health Network UHN), coordinating clinical rotations and teaching for medical students, residents and fellows in Psychosocial Oncology. I have a special interest in communication in cancer, and have developed an annual communication skills workshop for Oncology residents and fellows. This has also been adapted for training oncologists in Kuwait, through UHN’s partnership with the Kuwait Cancer Center.
