Dr. Eid is a staff psychiatrist in the Forensic Psychiatry Department at CAMH and lead of the Forensic Psychiatry Competence by Design (CBD) curriculum. She graduated from the University of Toronto Psychiatry Program in 2019, and from the Forensic Psychiatry Subspecialty program in June 2020. 

Dr. Eid’s clinical areas of focus include the management of forensic psychiatric inpatients and outpatients, independent psychiatric medical evaluations (civil and criminal), and assessments of criminal responsibility, fitness to stand trial, and risk of violence. Her other areas of interest include emergency psychiatric services and medical education.
