Renu Gupta

Dr. Renu Gupta is a psychiatrist at Women’s College Hospital, and the Women’s Mental Health Fellowship Coordinator. She has been with WCH since 2014, previously with the Centre of Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH) after having completed her subspecialty training in women’s mental health at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston and general psychiatry training at University of Illinois Chicago. Her clinical interests include reproductive psychiatry and treating psychosis in women.

Research Synopsis

Postgraduate medical education and application to self-regulated learning theory. She has been involved with development of the OPEN (Online Psychiatric Education Network) platform housed on the WCH website. OPEN builds capacity through the development of online continuing professional education to support mental health care providers and enable them to provide evidence-based care.
